I’m currenly at a local bank doing enterprise product design for the bank’s data platform. Prior to my pivot to product, I was a creative doing branding and advertising at a local creative angency.
Outside of design, I’m usually out riding my motorcycle, slowly improving on my bass, or playing video games!

This initiative was born out of a need to understand the users of our enteprise data platform, and to understand their perspectives and the pain points they experience in their day-to-day work.

The Problem
As a platform, there are times where our departmental yearly and quarterly road maps are not guided by the needs of our users, and can often be based on assumption.
Target Audience
Primary audiences for our PaaS are Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Business/Data Analysts, each primarily using applications relevant to their specific jobs-to-be-done (JTBDs).
Main Objectives
- Understand and discover the pain points of our users (directly from them)
- Utilise findings from the workshop to guide our roadmaps
